The slow demo was shown in an area near the entrance of the grounds on the way to the main demo site.

PEOPLE MOVER

The system is already used for automatic guidance system shuttling people in the parking area of Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport. The user presses buttons inside the vehicle to identify the destination. (Unmanned vehicle)
The vehicle is guided by radio tag (150 mm in diameter) buried at the center of the road.
The vehicles are monitored by the operation room. The 8-seat vehicle runs at the speed of 25 km/h.
Obstacle sensors are located around the vehicle. Alert buzzers are set off in case of obstruction (by a pedestrian), and the vehicle comes to a complete stop. After the obstacle is removed, the vehicle resumes its course.
During the demo, a person would come in front of a moving vehicle to show the emergency stop capability.
