  Hasegawa: Today's theme, “Smartways and AHS,” is, of course, the main theme being dealt with by AHSRA [at this conference]. This panel discussion is subtitled “Personal Perspectives,” and what we are seeking here is a candid discussion of personal opinions on how we should proceed from here, and what the likely results will be.

  To begin, I would like to ask each of the panelists to speak for around ten minutes, and we will use the remaining time for free discussion. Mr. Yoshida, if you would begin.
